This banquet course allows you to enjoy Niigata specialties such as four main dishes to choose from, including [Murakami Beef Sukiyaki] and [Snake-Bake Pork Steamed Meat], as well as a carefully selected [Assortment of Four Kinds of Fresh Fish], [Echigo Chicken Miso-Grilled], and [Tochio Fried Tofu]! This course is also recommended for tourists, business trips, and when entertaining guests from outside the prefecture.

●Personal servings available for an additional 300 yen! (Please note that individual servings cannot be changed for hotpots and salads)

[3rd item] Assortment of 4 carefully selected sashimi

[4th dish] Echigo chicken grilled with miso

[5th item] Tochio fried tofu

[6th dish] Choose your main dish (please choose from the following)

[4] Snake-eating pork stew

[7th dish] Sauce cutlet

[8th dish] Rice porridge for the final dish (If you choose cooked meat, it will be grilled)
